Welcome
Welcome to Indianola Community School District! We are a community of learners that serves approximately 3,600 students PK-12 in four elementary school settings, a grades 6-8 middle school, and a grades 9-12 high school. Indianola CSD is a progressive 4A district in a small town setting. ” ICSD’s new mission is committed to excellence, preparing students for their future through quality staff and a strong community” captures the dichotomy of traditional small town values and continuous improvement very well. “ICSD’s new vision will be the academic standard in preparing students for global success through rigorous collaborative learning. Nurture social & emotional well-being & maintain values of innovation , putting students first, being fiscally responsible, prioritizing safety. Promote a culture that builds a brighter future for all.” This articulates our high expectations in all that we do as we work to ensure that our graduates are productive citizens who are positioned for future success.
At Indianola CSD, we take pride in our students’ achievements, the dedication of our talented staff, outstanding facilities, and robust community support. Explore our building pages to learn about each school and visit department pages to familiarize yourself with district procedures and goals.
